FOCUS: BE GRATEFUL, BE POSITIVE, BE HOPEFUL
On 22 – 27 January 2024 PT Mitra Kreasidharma (MKD) again held the annual event "National Sales Meeting 2024" which was attended by all levels of management, Regional Sales Managers, Area Managers, Marketing Executives for each region, Product Development, and Sales and Marketing staff. Taking the theme: FOCUS: Be Grateful, Be Positive, Be Hopeful with the hope that all participants in this new year can be more focused and have high motivation for one goal, namely achieving company targets.
MKD wants to prioritize quality in line with current market expectations and demands which tend to be more dynamic, said Eddy Jahja, President Director, when giving a welcoming speech which was followed by delivering the meeting materials.
Not only that, Eddy Jahja also added that besides focusing on pursuing targets, don't forget to continue to be grateful, think positively and continue to hope that what you are doing and doing can run smoothly.
Activities were carried out at Swiss-Belinn Saripetojo Solo for 5 days. The agenda is divided into several important parts for each day. On the first day the General Manager Sales and General Manager Marketing, delivered a recap of sales reports and activities for 2023 as well as sales budget targets for 2024. Then on the second day, Area Managers and Marketing Executives from each region discussed issues occurring in their respective regions and actions preventative measures that can be carried out by each regional team to be ready to face market movements in 2024. Apart from that, the regional team also submitted budget material, sales targets and sales strategies that they want to implement in 2024.
Agus Purwanto as General Manager Sales said that all Commercial Teams in the regions are expected to be able to continue to innovate to provide solutions and solve problems for every need and obstacle faced by customers, especially farmers as end users.
The excitement continued on the third day, where in this session there was a distribution of rewards intended for Best Regional Sales Performance, Best Marketing Executive, Highest Product Sales Achievement, and Best Field Assistant. After 3 full days of meeting activities, the entire series closed with outbound and recreational activities in the Karanganyar area, Central Java. All participants are invited to enjoy the beauty and coolness of the city of Karanganyar, by visiting several interesting recreation locations, one of which is Jumog Waterfall. This activity certainly adds to the team's cohesion and the excitement of this event.
