NATIONAL FIELD ASSISTANT TRAINING PT MITRA KREASIDHARMA 2024

PT Mitra Kreasidharma invited all field teams/Field Assistants (FA) to the National Field Assistant Training event, to improve the quality, competence and productivity of work in the field. Total of 178 FA attended from all over Indonesia.

The main material presented was about program updates from the commercial team and technical information on several new products by MKD. This aims to increase self-confidence and be ready and able to carry out tasks and handle new products.

FA were invited to visit the Inti Everpsring factory in the Merak area, which is a sister company of MKD under the Salim Agrochemicals Divisions. This activity was closed with a creative performance from the FA team in various regions throughout Indonesia, to show the solidarity of each region.
